Streetecture currently ships across the USA. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As our products are made to order, processing may take slightly longer during periods of high demand.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner availability and your location. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Online payments (PayPal, credit cards, debit cards and other secure methods available at checkout) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on most serviceable pin codes in the USA. For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the order and complete payment at delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Streetecture is not responsible for delays caused by courier partner issues, weather disruptions, public holidays, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, contact us immediately — once shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address. If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll resolve it with the courier partner as quickly as possible.
